Do you ship outside of the US? TOP
Absolutely! Please refer to the shipping page for a price table. If for any reason your shipping price exceeds $1.00 from the actual shipping price, I will gladly refund the difference. Some items may weigh more than others, so prices try to reflect that, but please note that I try to adjust the shipping to only cover that cost. If you have questions, please email prior to your order.
Will there be a tracking order with my shipment? TOP
In most cases, yes. When packages are shipped through paypal, they are easily tracked. For orders outside of the US, there may be a small charge for tracking packages. Please contact me prior to your order if you have questions about tracking.
What happens if the shipping zone selected is incorrect? TOP
If the correct shipping zone is not selected, payment arrangements will be made through refunding a difference, or sending an invoice for the correct amount. Zone 4 is local pick up only in or around Wilmington, Ohio.
I placed my order and my shipping address is not correct. What do I do? TOP
When orders are received, I send an email to the email provided through the paypal account to let you know that your order was received and to let you know approximate shipping times. I check my email multiple times per day, so you can simply reply back to the message I send and I will confirm that I received your changes.
Does Bows2Cute offer custom orders? TOP
Yes! Even if it is not a style shown online, we can work with you to create your custom order. Have a picture of an outfit you want to match? Email it on over!
Here's an example! I know there are already about a million choices online and it can get overwhelming, so I can't put EVERY option up there. On this headband, I used the black polka stretch headband and added the cutie pie applique to it, which is how it would come online. For the custom part, all I did was add a black swarvorski crystal in the middle of the cutie pie flower! Simple as that!
In most cases, prices will be equivalent to the style of bow requested. Special circumstances may yield price adjustments.
How long until my order is shipped? TOP
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be completed to ensure your order is made with quality care. In most cases, your order will be shipped within a few days, however shipping times will vary.
Can Bows2Cute rush my order? TOP
In fairness to customers, most all orders are completed in the order they are received. We realize there are circumstances when orders may need to be completed quickly, and it doesn't hurt to contact us to ask. Most orders are sent out within a few days with the exception of times during craft show season (September-December) and Holiday's where a few extra days may be needed.

Sure do! Coupon codes are posted through the Facebook group, Blog, and in the newsletter at many times throughout the year.
Many bows come with a right and left side of head option. What does this mean? TOP
This option is mainly only relevant to those who have enough hair to have a preference on which side of the head the clip will be placed. In the example below, her hair is parted on the left side, so she uses a bow for the right side of her head. If she were to put the bow on the left side, the bow would be upside down.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? TOP
Bows2Cute will accept returns for a full product amount refund within 30 days from the date your item was shipped. We are not able to refund personalized bows (monogrammed, initials, etc).
