Do you ship outside of the US? TOP

Absolutely! Please refer to the shipping page for a price table. If you have questions, please email prior to your order.

*Note: Tracking a package outside of the US is very costly. If tracking is requested, the customer is responsible for all extra shipping costs involved.  It is highly recommended that tracking is purchased so if your package does not arrive to you, you will have that information available to you.  Once it is dropped off at the Post Office, Bows2Cute assumes responsibility on USPS.

 

**Due to the increase in international shipping charges, the price table located on the shipping page is an estimate only. If more postage is required, an invoice will be sent for the exact shipping amount minus the shipping cost that has been stated within the table.

Will there be a tracking order with my shipment? TOP

In most cases, yes.  All orders in the US are shipped using Paypal shipping labels.  Notifications will be sent when a label is made for your package to the email provided in the order.  For orders outside of the US, obtaining a trackable package has been costly in the past.  Please contact me prior to your order if you have questions about tracking and I will look for the most cost effective option for you.

What happens if the shipping zone selected is incorrect? TOP

If the correct shipping zone is not selected, payment arrangements will be made through refunding a difference, or sending an invoice for the correct amount.  Zone 4 is local pick up only in or around Wilmington, Ohio.

I placed my order and my shipping address is not correct. What do I do? TOP

Email is the quickest way to get in touch with me, If you place your order and realize your ship to address is incorrect, you may email me at bows2cute@gmail.com to provide the correct address.

Does Bows2Cute offer custom orders? TOP

Yes! Even if it is not a style shown online, we can work with you to create your custom order.  Have a picture of an outfit you want to match? Email it on over!

Many custom orders we have done are listed on the Custom Gallery page. Some are so cute we add them online for easy ordering! If you have an item you'd like, we'll work through email and an invoice can be sent.

In most cases, prices will be equivalent to the style of bow requested.  Special circumstances may yield price adjustments.

 

How long until my order is shipped? TOP

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be completed to ensure your order is made with quality care. In most cases, your order will be shipped within a few days, however shipping times will vary. During craft show months (September-December), shipping times could take up to 2 weeks. Please plan accordingly when placing orders and don't hesitate to send us an email before your order is placed if you are concerned about shipping times.

Can Bows2Cute rush my order? TOP

In fairness to customers, most all orders are completed in the order they are received.  We realize there are circumstances when orders may need to be completed quickly, so a rush fee may be added to your order for next day processing. Rush orders must be placed by 3:00pm EST to ensure that your order will ship the next day. You may add that fee HERE. Most regular orders are sent out within a few days with the exception of times during craft show season (September-December) and Holiday's where a few extra days may be needed.

Where can I view new items? TOP

New items can be found quickly through the website on the left column under "New Items." Our facebook page (www.facebook.com/BowsCute) is our second option for viewing new and custom items, as well as receiving coupon codes and other information!

Do you offer coupon codes? TOP

Sure do! Coupon codes are posted through the Facebook group, Blog, and in the newsletter at many times throughout the year. (The facebook group is the easiest for me to keep consistent so check that frequently!)

Many bows come with a right and left side of head option. What does this mean? TOP

This option is mainly only relevant to those who have enough hair to have a preference on which side of the head the clip will be placed.  In the example below, her hair is parted on the left side, so she uses a bow for the right side of her head.  If she were to put the bow on the left side, the bow would be upside down.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase? TOP

Bows2Cute will accept returns for a full product amount refund within 30 days from the date your item was shipped.  We are not able to refund personalized items (monogrammed, initials, etc) unless a packing mistake was made when processing the order.

Do you combine shipping with 4LilDudes? TOP

Yes, we do! 4LilDudes.com is our "brother" site. Unfortunately, although both sites are shared hosting, the carts are separate. Orders must be placed on the same day and the difference in shipping costs will be refunded. Shipping costs will be determined by the combined subtotals from each site and based on the shipping tables.
